Date: Aug 05, 2019

The Sioux Empire Fair is proud to welcome ACM New Group of the Year LANCO with Mark Mackay to the Campbell’s Main Stage on Monday, August 5. The show is FREE with paid fair admission! Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 6 - 12, and free for children ages 5 and under.

Multi-PLATINUM band LANCO has paved the course for critical acclaim with the success of their 2x PLATINUM single “Greatest Love Story” which became a multi-week chart topper. Following the release of their No. One selling debut album HALLELUJAH NIGHTS, both moments were historical in Country music as Lancaster became the first artist in 10 years to have a No. One on the chart solely written by that artist, while LANCO served as the first Country group in a decade to appear at the top of the Billboard Country albums chart with a debut album. As it now boasts over 550 million streams, LANCO just released their new single “Rival” to Country radio as the first track released from the band’s upcoming sophomore album. “Rival” was once again produced by Jay Joyce, and was written by frontman Brandon Lancaster and drummer Tripp Howell. LANCO has earned nominations from the ACM, CMT, CMA, AMA, and iHeart Awards, while Lancaster became the first member of a group to ever win NSAI’s "Songwriter/Artist of the Year.” They recently wrapped first-ever headlining HALLELUJAH NIGHTS TOUR to capacity crowds throughout the U.S. and will take the run overseas next month. Additionally, they currently serve as direct support for Luke Combs' "BEER NEVER BROKE MY HEART TOUR." Fans can connect with LANCO on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Opening for LANCO is Mark Mackay. An uninhibited guitarist with songwriting seeped in storytelling authenticity, Mark Mackay finds
himself at the crossroads of country and rock n roll. A vagabond with a jubilant charisma and uncanny ability to transcribe creative odyssey to song - manifested in a road-warrior with an eagerness to illustrate his work in a live, all consuming performance.
Whether he’s performing at The Ryman Auditorium, festivals, performing alongside country’s greatest including Chris Janson, Cole Swindell, Travis Tritt and Old Dominion, or opening for
rock legends Ted Nugent, Richie Sambora, Orianthi and .38 Special - Mark is notorious for captivating audiences with his energetic magnetism. This charm and dedication to a live
audience undoubtedly earned him a spot on Music Connection Magazine’s list of Top 100 National Live Acts.
